Briefly describe the nature of your business.
Business Development Manager
The Holder Group
The Holder Group is a general contracting and construction management firm that has been in business since 1986. We specialize in commercial fit out projects across multiple sectors including healthcare, industrial, corporate office space, manufacturing, and retail. We are mostly in New Jersey, but we are completing projects in Georgia and Massachusetts this year as well.
How did you get into your business?
I graduated from Centre College in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. After graduating, I worked within the fundraising industry--spending a year in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before moving to the Greater New York City area. After a couple of years, I was looking for a career change and was recruited by a sales recruiting firm where I was introduced to The Holder Group’s Director of Business Development, Meaghann Martinez, and Principal, Drew Holder. I immediately connected with them both and knew it was a great fit and I enjoy working with them.
